When a female paramedic came forward and spoke of a workplace at Ambulance Victoria that had gendered harassment “woven into the fabric of the organisation” it allowed other colleagues to feel safer to share their own experiences.
This story, and many other similar stories, were at the centre of the Victorian Equal Opportunity and Human Rights Commission’s Independent Review of Workplace Equality at Ambulance Victoria.
